What Format Will This New Animated Berserk Take?

A new Promotional Video has been released, and seems to be telling us that more animated Berserk content will be coming out in the near future – sometime 2016.

Berserk is a Mature-rated manga and anime that has received quite a bit of popularity over the years, becoming fairly mainstream for a series that has often been referred to as a gorefest.

The promotional video below doesn’t say WHAT exactly the fans will be getting.  Berserk hasn’t had an anime series adaptation since 1997, but it has also had movies come out re-telling the tale.  The trailer below includes CG animation, which featured prominently in the movie adaptations.
